Redesigning women’s health through data, culture, and AI.
problem
Women’s health is fragmented across multiple tools and trackers, but none offer a single app that adapts to their physiological changes, cultural context, and daily routines.
insights
A long-term nutrition habit only forms when guidance is delivered through one integrated app that’s contextual, culturally relevant, and personalized in real time.
solution
Sylva is an adaptive nutrition app that unifies data, behavior patterns, and cultural food intelligence into one system, giving women continuous, personalized support they can trust and sustain.
Sylva takes its name from the Latin word for maiden of the forest, a reminder that women’s health has always been rooted in nature, rhythm, and nourishment. Today, those roots are often overlooked. Despite the explosion of digital health apps, most solutions remain gender-neutral by default and fail to address the unique physiological stages women experience across their lives.
Sylva is built to close that gap. It’s a smart dietary system that adapts to women’s bodies using machine learning, culturally aware design, and food-based guidance. From menstruation to menopause, Sylva delivers nutrition that shifts with hormonal changes, lifestyle realities, and cultural food practices.
Designed as a systems solution, Sylva integrates strategic business modeling, tech-enabled intelligence, stakeholder insights, and sustainable value creation. It reframes the space with a simple question: How might nutrition evolve when technology finally understands women, not just data?
